Documentation: "The crossing from one INTERVENTION-ARM to another as defined in the study protocol, for crossover trials. This does not refer to participants who 'cross over' to another arm's intervention off protocol (e.g., assigned to the medication arm but then received surgery like those in the surgery arm)."
