Parent class: Anchored-time

Documentation: "A point in time, defined directly here in text, or as an event-defined-timepoint, or a date-defined-timepoint. Alternatively, this timepoint can be defined in reference to a reference timepoint, by some duration before or after that reference timepoint. E.g., 7 months after enrollment would be modeled as a duration of 7 months after a timepoint called enrollment, itself defined in text, or an event called enrollment that is more richly described."
